Do you charge extra for Pick Up or Delivery?
No. Our everyday low prices do not have additional fees or service charges unless your order total is less than $15. Orders totaling less than $15 will be charged a $3 service fee. Orders over $15 are Picked Up and Delivered for FREE!
Do you charge a membership fee?
No. Membership for our services is not required.
Do I have to sign a contract or binding agreement?
No. You can use our services as much or as little as you like with no contracts or agreements! We’re confident that we will save you time and money and hope that you will continue using our services!
Where do you Pick Up and Deliver my order?
We Pick Up and Deliver to a location and area of your choosing! We will Pick Up and Deliver to any home, apartment, condo or office within our delivery area on our Scheduled Delivery days.
Do I have to be present for my order to be Picked Up or Delivered?
Not necessarily. Simply download, print and complete an Order Form, attach it to your Express Dry Cleaning garment bag and leave it in an area you choose.
What type of bag should I put my clothes in for Pick Up?
First-time customers may use a regular plastic bag for your initial order. Please remember to include an Order Form in the bag. Download and print an Order Form by clicking on Forms. When we deliver your completed order, we'll provide you with a personalized blue Express Dry Cleaning bag and Order Forms for your next order.
How do I pay for your door-to-door service?
You may pay by check or credit card. However, all customers must have a credit card number on file with us. First-time customers must Contact Us to leave a credit card number on file or your order will not be processed. Your card is never charged until your order is delivered.
How do I place an order?
Simply click on Request A Pick Up or Contact Us and we will take care of the rest!
How will I know my scheduled Pick Up and Delivery days?
You can either schedule a fixed time each week for your Pick Up using our Delivery Schedule, Call Us or simply click on Request a Pick Up whenever you wish to schedule another pick up. Our regular pick up and delivery hours are Monday–Friday from 7:30am until 5:00pm. We pick up and deliver on Saturdays from 8:00am–4:00pm by special request only.
Do I have to tip your delivery driver?
No. Our drivers do not accept tips or gratuities.
How do I tell you about a special request or a stain on my garment?
Special requests or instructions can be noted on the Express Dry Cleaning Order Form in the “Other” section. For stains, you must fill out a Stain Form and leave it inside the Express Dry Cleaning garment bag along with the Order Form. All forms are available on our website by clicking on Forms.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order after it’s delivered?

If the matter is urgent, please call (301) 343-3781.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. We use the most advanced, industry-accepted encryption and authentication technology for all transactions to assure that only our authorized staff can read any information that is transmitted to us.
How can I update my billing information or request to be removed from your system?
Simply Contact Us before your next scheduled Pick Up.
